Reuse
Our carpets are designed for multiple uses, significantly reducing energy consumption and waste compared to manufacturing new products. Our Matrix Carpet consumes a quarter of the energy required to manufacture and reuse than alternative one-time carpets or flooring products. Our resilient carpets can be reused without compromising quality, aesthetics, or safety. Aisle carpets endure 4-5 uses and booth carpets are designed for even more. Our consolidated depot program not only curbs energy consumption but also enables our customers to reduce their carbon footprint by requiring less space for production and distribution, encouraging active participation in eco-friendly practices.
Repurpose
As a part of our commitment to sustainability, we explore various avenues to repurpose carpets at the end of their trade show lifecycle. From transforming quality carpets into rugs to repurposing aisle carpets into booth carpets for extended use, and even donations to charitable causes, our goal is to extend the product’s life cycle.
Recycle
Emerald Carpets works with a network of recyclers to recycle carpet and other manufacturing materials.
Our EPAD carpet padding is the most sustainable underlayment available in the trade show industry. Manufactured with 85% post-consumer recycled content, our EPAD padding consumes less energy than traditional padding alternatives and can be used multiple times.

Pre-plan show for sustainability. Efficient floor plans of shows can mitigate waste. Emerald Carpets will cut and prep your carpet to eliminate unnecessary handling and excess waste at the show site.
Return carpet with sufficient time for it to be reclaimed and reused.
